Where are you located?

We are a local Edmonton Alberta Business and are operating online and at local craft shows. We do not have a physical store front or studio that the public can visit.

Where can I pick up a local Edmonton Order?

Orders can be picked up at Felice Cafe at 10930 84th ave Northside Edmonton. Street parking available.

Where do you ship?

We ship to Canada and the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do not, because shipping is never free. As a small business we simply cannot afford to pay shipping for customers.

Do you wholesale goods?

Do you do workshops?

YES! We would love to have you join us for a workshop. We announce them periodically and have them in the “workshop” section when we are ready.

Do you do bath bomb parties for kids and adults?

YES and we would love to have you involved! How they work: You can book in with us for a pre-arranged date and we arrive with everything we need to run a fun class. Classes are usually 1.5 hours and you can make 6-8 bath bombs. It is $40 per person, and we have a 5 person minimum, and we suggest no more than 20 people at once as a maximum. Return Policy

REFUND

If you should like to return a product, please contact us at shopweirdneighbour@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. If the item is in a condition that is re-sellable, it may be eligible for a refund.

Refunds can only be refunded to the original method of payment, aka, to the same card that you used, minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Should damage occur in shipping to us, you may not be eligible for a refund.

LOST / STOLEN PARCELS

Please note that we are unable to replace lost or stolen items. Be sure to use the correct mailing address and track your shipment to reduce the risk of errors. You can reach out directly to the courier to file a claim for your package in the event that it is lost.

PARCELS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US 

When a parcel is returned to us due to reasons such as, incorrect address, undeliverable we are unfortunately charged a shipping fee by the carrier to get the parcel back to us. In the event that your parcel is returned to us the following options are offered. 

a. We can reship your parcel to you.
Additional Fees: (1) Cost of a new shipping label + (2) the shipping fee we were charged for the return 

b. Refund your order
Additional Fees: Refund for product will be less 1. original shipping rate if a label was purchased and 2. Less the returned shipping fee to us
